- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
- ½ cup granola or crushed cookies
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with honey if desired.
- In serving glasses, layer strawberries, yogurt, whipped cream, and granola.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Top with extra strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend strawberries with the sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the cream, milk, and vanilla.
- Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- No ice cream maker: Freeze in a shallow container and stir every 30–45 minutes for 3–4 hours.
- Freeze until firm and serve.

Makes: About 1 quart (1 liter)
