Carnivore Chilled Custard Bites
A simple carnivore-friendly treat made with eggs, cream, and gentle sweetness (if desired), chilled into bite-sized custard squares.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: carnivore-compatible sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Whisk together eggs, cream, butter, salt, and any sweetener until smooth.
- Pour into a lightly greased small baking dish or silicone mold.
- Bake in a water bath for 30–40 minutes, until the custard is just set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Cut into bite-sized cubes or pop out of molds.
- Serve chilled.

For a stricter carnivore version, omit any sweetener and let the cream, butter, and eggs provide the flavor.
