Instructions
Step 1: Brown the Beef

- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

- Add the onion and bell pepper to the beef.

- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes.

- Add cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
