Ingredients
Pancake Batter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
Meat & Cheese Filling
- 300 g ground beef, chicken, or turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions
1. Cook the Filling
- Heat a skillet with a little oil.
- Sauté onions until soft.
- Add garlic and ground meat.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until meat is browned and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Mix in shredded cheese and herbs.
2. Prepare the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and oil.
- Gradually add flour while whisking until smooth.
- Batter should be pourable and lump-free.
3. Assemble & Fry
- Heat a lightly greased nonstick pan.
- Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan.
- Add a spoonful of filling on one half.
- Fold the pancake over or top with a little extra batter.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
