Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk or chicken broth
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Optional:
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Bake at 375°F (190°C).

2. Season the chicken
Pat drumsticks dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Make the sauce
In a bowl mix:
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Milk or broth
- Garlic
- Optional mushrooms
4. Assemble
Place onions in the baking dish, add chicken legs, then pour mushroom sauce over the top.
5. Bake
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until chicken is golden and reaches safe temperature.
6. Serve
Garnish with parsley and serve with:
- Mashed potatoes
- Rice
- Egg noodles
- Steamed vegetables
