Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Toast the bread slices in the same pan or toaster.
  6. Place fried bologna on one slice of bread.
  7. Add cheese while still hot so it melts slightly.

  9. Top with second slice of bread.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
