Ingredients
- 4โ6 boiled eggs
- 1/4โ1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard (optional, adds flavor)
- 1 tbsp butter (optional, extra creamy)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1โ2 tbsp chopped onion or green onion
- Optional: celery, pickles, paprika, lemon juice

- Sandwich bread, toasted or soft
- Butter or mayo for spreading
Instructions
1. Boil & Prep Eggs
- Boil eggs for 10โ12 minutes.
- Cool, peel, and chop or mash them.
2. Make the Filling
- In a bowl, mix eggs with mayo.
- Add mustard, salt, pepper, and butter.
- Stir in onion (and any optional add-ins).
- Mix until creamy but still slightly chunky.
3. Assemble Sandwich
- Spread butter or mayo on bread (optional).
- Add a generous scoop of egg salad.
- Close sandwich and gently press.
