Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 500 g boneless chicken (bite-size pieces)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- Oil for frying
For the Honey Butter Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and egg.
- Coat with flour and cornflour.
- Heat oil and fry chicken until golden and crispy.
- In another pan, melt butter.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes.
- Toss fried chicken in the sauce until coated.
