Ingredients
- 700 g beef strips (sirloin or stew meat)
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and lightly brown the beef.
- Add beef to the crockpot.
- Add peppers, onion, and garlic.
- Mix broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, ginger, and cornstarch.
- Pour sauce into the crockpot.
- Cook:
- Low: 6–8 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Stir before serving.
