Honey Garlic Glazed Lamb Chops SMASH

Juicy lamb chops coated in a sweet, garlicky glaze with a perfect caramelized finish.

Ingredients

For the Lamb

  • 8 lamb chops
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Honey Garlic Glaze

  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear lamb chops 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Lower heat and add butter and garlic.
  5. Stir in honey and soy sauce.
  6. Spoon glaze over the chops until sticky and glossy.
  7. Cook another 1–2 minutes.

Serve With

  • Garlic mashed potatoes
  • Roasted vegetables
  • Rice or buttered noodles
  • Fresh salad

  • Let lamb rest 5 minutes before serving.
  • Add rosemary or thyme for deeper flavor.
