🧾 Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, sliced
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or paprika
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the chicken
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and seasoning.
Cook 5–7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté the vegetables
In the same pan, add onions, broccoli, peppers, and zucchini.
Cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic during the last minute.
3. Combine
Return chicken to the skillet and toss everything together until hot.
