Made Garlic Parmesan Fried Lamb Chops !

These lamb chops are seasoned, lightly breaded with Parmesan, fried until golden, and finished with a garlicky butter coating.

Ingredients

Lamb Chops

  • 8 lamb loin or rib chops
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Coating

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

For Frying

  • Vegetable or canola oil

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb
    • Pat the lamb chops dry.
    • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Coat
    • Mix the flour and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
    • Lightly dredge each chop, shaking off excess.
  3. Fry
    • Heat about 1 cm (½ inch) of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Fry lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until golden and cooked to your preferred doneness.
    • Transfer to a plate.
  4. Make the garlic Parmesan butter
    • Reduce heat to medium.
    • Melt butter in the skillet.
    • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
    • Stir in Parmesan and parsley.
  5. Finish
    • Spoon the garlic Parmesan butter over the lamb chops or toss gently to coat.
