Instructions
Step 1: Boil the Hibiscus

Step 3: Strain

Discard the used hibiscus flowers or compost them.
Step 4: Sweeten
While the tea is still warm, stir in the sugar until completely dissolved.
Add the remaining 4 cups of cold water.
Stir in the fresh lime juice if using.
Step 5: Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until thoroughly chilled.
Step 6: Serve
Fill glasses with ice.
Pour the chilled Jamaica water over the ice.
Garnish with lime slices or fresh mint if desired.
