- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
1. Prepare the Strawberries
- Mix chopped strawberries with half the sugar.
- Let sit for 15–20 minutes until juicy.
- Mash lightly or blend for smoother ice cream.
2. Make the Ice Cream Base
- In a bowl, whisk together:
- Heavy cream
- Milk
- Remaining sugar
- Vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Stir in the strawberries.
3. Freeze

- Churn according to your machine instructions.
- Freeze 2–4 hours until firm.
No-Churn Method
- Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for 1 hour.
- Stir every 30–45 minutes for about 3 hours to reduce ice crystals.
