Instructions
- Prep the corn
Remove husks and silk from the corn. Rinse briefly. - Boil water
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. - Cook the corn
Carefully add the corn to the boiling water. -
Boiling time
- Fresh tender corn: 3–5 minutes
- Larger or older corn: 6–8 minutes
The kernels should turn bright yellow and become tender.
- Serve
Remove with tongs and serve hot with butter, salt, pepper, or your favorite toppings.
