Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables
Slice cucumbers and onions thinly and chop tomatoes.
- Make the marinade
In a bowl or jar, whisk together vinegar, water, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Combine
Add vegetables to a large bowl and pour marinade over the top. Toss well.
- Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.
- Serve
Stir before serving and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
