Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper
Optional Glaze
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
- Mix ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, water, eggs, ketchup, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the meatloaf
Press mixture into the loaf pan or form into a loaf shape on a baking sheet.
- Add glaze (optional)
Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, then spread over the top.
- Bake
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Rest & serve
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
