Instructions
- Prepare the chicken
Use cooked chicken breast, rotisserie chicken, or leftover chicken.
- Mix ingredients
In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add extras if desired
Stir in grapes, nuts, herbs, or mustard for extra flavor and texture.
- Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
