Cheesy Bread In 10 Minutes 🧀🍞
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk or yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Mozzarella, cheddar, or mixed cheese
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Optional:
- Chopped herbs
- Chili flakes
- Garlic powder
Instructions
1. Make the batter
In a bowl mix:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
Add:
- Egg
- Milk or yogurt
Mix until smooth.
Fold in shredded cheese and any optional seasonings.
2. Cook in a pan
Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Pour in the batter and spread evenly.
Cover with a lid.
Cook for:
- 4–5 minutes on one side
Flip carefully and cook another:
- 3–4 minutes
until golden brown and cooked through.
