Cheesy Bread In 10 Minutes 🧀🍞

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
    • Mozzarella, cheddar, or mixed cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Optional:
    • Chopped herbs
    • Chili flakes
    • Garlic powder

Instructions

1. Make the batter

In a bowl mix:

  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Salt

Add:

  • Egg
  • Milk or yogurt

Mix until smooth.

Fold in shredded cheese and any optional seasonings.

2. Cook in a pan

Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.

Pour in the batter and spread evenly.

Cover with a lid.

Cook for:

  • 4–5 minutes on one side

Flip carefully and cook another:

  • 3–4 minutes

until golden brown and cooked through.

3. Serve

Slice and enjoy warm while the cheese is melty.
