Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta 🍔🧀🍝
Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups pasta
- Elbow macaroni, shells, or rotini
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream or milk

- Bacon bits
- Jalapeños
Instructions
1. Cook the beef
In a large skillet or pot:
- Cook onion until soft
- Add garlic and ground beef
Cook until browned.
Drain excess grease if needed.
2. Add liquids and pasta
Stir in:
- Beef broth
- Diced tomatoes
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Paprika
Add uncooked pasta.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for:
- 12–15 minutes
until pasta is tender.
3. Add cheese
Stir in:
- Cheddar cheese
- Cream or milk
Mix until melted and creamy.
4. Serve
Serve hot with extra cheese on top if desired.
