Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, sugars, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
