Bacon Macaroni Cheese
Ingredients
- 250 g macaroni pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1½ cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4–5 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
- Salt & black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Boil macaroni until just tender.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Cheese Sauce
- Melt butter in a saucepan.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk.
- Add cheeses and stir until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Combine
- Mix pasta and crispy bacon into the sauce.
