Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Lobster Tails
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the top center of each shell lengthwise.
- Gently pull lobster meat upward and rest it on top of the shell while keeping the end attached.
- Place tails on a baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter
- In a bowl, combine:
- melted butter
- garlic
- lemon juice
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
- Spoon generously over lobster meat.
Bake
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, depending on size, until meat is opaque and tender.
- Internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C).
Finish & Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges and extra melted butter.
