Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 2–4 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Set oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the lobster tails
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell lengthwise. Gently pull the lobster meat upward and rest it on top of the shell.
- Make garlic butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Season the lobster
Brush the garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.
- Bake
Place tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, depending on size, until the meat is opaque and lightly golden.
- Finish & serve
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with extra garlic butter and lemon wedges.
Tips
- Avoid overcooking — lobster becomes rubbery quickly.
- For extra color, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
- Pair with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
Optional Add-Ons
- Parmesan topping for extra richness
- Cajun seasoning for spice
- Fresh thyme or chives for herb flavor
