Ingredients
For the Cake
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup (25 g) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
For the Filling
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly-roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy.
- Add vanilla.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; fold into the egg mixture.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- While warm, roll the cake in a clean kitchen towel and let cool.
- Mix whipped cream, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Unroll the cake, spread the filling evenly, and roll it back up.
- Chill for 1 hour before slicing.

- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream

Instructions
- Add milk, ice, chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, and ice cream to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
