Ingredients

For the Cake

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

For the Milk Mixture

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk.
  9. While the cake is still warm, poke holes all over the top using a fork or skewer.
  10. Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in completely.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for the best texture.
