Delicious Brown Sugar Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Optional Glaze Additions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Pinch of cayenne
Instructions
- Pat chops dry.
- Mix brown sugar and seasonings.
- Rub mixture over both sides.
- Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chops 4–5 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
- Spoon melted glaze from the pan over the chops before serving.
