👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat.
  3. Let eggs sit for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Transfer eggs to ice water and cool completely.
  5. Peel eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  6. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
  7. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  8. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish if desired.
  10. Chill before serving.
