🍗🔥 Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator).
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill chicken for about 6–8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
  6. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Ideas

  • Serve with a cucumber and tomato salad.
  • Pair with grilled vegetables or rice.
  • Slice and add to wraps, sandwiches, or pasta.
