Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for about 6–8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
