Lemon Butter Fish Fillet ππ
Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- Cod, tilapia, haddock, snapper, or salmon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp flour (optional for light crust)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Lemon Butter Sauce
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes
Instructions
1. Season the fish
Pat fish dry.
Season with:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
Lightly dust with flour if you want a slightly crisp surface.
