Loaded Deviled Eggs

These loaded deviled eggs are creamy, savory, and packed with flavor from crispy bacon, cheese, and tasty toppings. Perfect for parties, holidays, picnics, or snack trays.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)

Loaded Toppings

  • 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions
  • Paprika
  • Jalapeño slices (optional)

Instructions

1. Boil the Eggs

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Transfer to ice water and peel.

2. Make the Filling

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Fill the Eggs

  • Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

4. Load Them Up

Top with:

  • Bacon crumbles
  • Cheese
  • Green onions
  • Paprika
  • Jalapeños if desired
