Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)
Loaded Toppings
- 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped green onions
- Paprika
- Jalapeño slices (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil the Eggs
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
- Transfer to ice water and peel.
2. Make the Filling
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Fill the Eggs
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
