Ingredients
- 12 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil macaroni in salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Cheese Sauce
In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk and cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Season with mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Combine
Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until fully coated.
4. Bake (Optional)
Pour into a greased baking dish. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
