MILK BRIOCHE ROLLS

Brioche Rolls are ultra-soft, slightly sweet, bakery-style rolls with a rich, fluffy texture thanks to milk, butter, and eggs.


🥛 Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

🔥 Instructions

1. Make dough

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Add warm milk and egg.
  • Knead until dough forms.
  • Add butter and knead until smooth and elastic (8–10 minutes).

2. First rise

  • Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled.

3. Shape rolls

  • Divide into equal balls.
  • Place in a greased baking pan.

4. Second rise

  • Cover and let rise 30–45 minutes until puffy.

5. Bake

  • Brush with egg wash.
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden.

  • Don’t rush kneading—it creates the fluffy texture.
  • Brush with butter after baking for extra softness ✨
