Salisbury Steak is a classic comfort-food dish made from seasoned ground beef patties smothered in a savory brown gravy.

For the patties

  • 500 g ground beef

  • In same pan, melt butter.

4. Simmer

  • Return patties to pan.
  • Simmer 10–15 minutes until gravy thickens and patties are cooked through.
