Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
- 12 oz (340 g) egg noodles
- 2 cans (5 oz / 140 g each) tuna, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup crushed potato chips, breadcrumbs, or fried onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, tuna, peas, and cheese.
- Stir in the cooked noodles until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crushed chips, breadcrumbs, or fried onions over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the topping is golden.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
