Ingredients
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley.

- Jumbo shrimp
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper
