Ingredients

Ingredient Notes

Instructions
1. Optional Searing (for better flavor)
- Heat a skillet with a little oil.
- Sear steak pieces until browned on all sides.
2. Add to Crockpot
- Place potatoes, onions, garlic, and steak in the crockpot.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently.
3. Slow Cook
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are soft.
4. Add Cheese
- Stir in butter.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella on top.
