Succulent Garlic Butter Lobster & Scallops with Herbs
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 lb sea scallops
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garlic Herb Butter
- 5 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp thyme or chives
Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster
Cut lobster shells down the center and gently lift meat above the shell.
Season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sear the Scallops
Pat scallops completely dry.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little butter or oil.
Sear scallops about 2 minutes per side until deeply golden.
3. Cook the Lobster
In the same pan or under a broiler:
- cook lobster tails 5–8 minutes until opaque and tender.
4. Make Garlic Butter
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in:
- lemon juice
- parsley
- thyme/chives
- paprika
5. Finish & Serve
Drizzle garlic herb butter generously over lobster and scallops.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
