Strawberry Pineapple Pound Cake 🍓🍍
Ingredients
Cake Batter
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
Optional Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp pineapple juice or milk
Instructions
1. Prep
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Grease and flour a bundt or loaf pan.
2. Cream Butter & Sugar
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients
Whisk together:
- flour
- baking powder
- salt
Gradually add dry ingredients alternating with milk.
4. Add Fruit
Fold in:
- crushed pineapple
- strawberries
- vanilla
Mix gently.
5. Bake
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 60–75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool before removing from pan.
6. Glaze
Mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice until smooth.
Drizzle over cooled cake.
