Instructions
- Layer strawberries, yogurt, whipped cream, and granola in serving glasses.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.
- Top with extra strawberries and whipped cream.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup (95 g) all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly-roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- While warm, roll the cake in a clean kitchen towel and let cool.
- Unroll gently, spread whipped cream over the cake, and sprinkle with strawberries.
- Roll the cake back up and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
