Chicken and Biscuits Casserole Recipe –

Ingredients (Serves 6)

Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Biscuit Topping

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
    or homemade biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Make the filling
    In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, milk, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cheese if using.
  3. Assemble
    Spread filling into the baking dish. Place biscuits evenly on top.
  4. Bake
    Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  5. Cool slightly & serve
    Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Easy Variations

  • Add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker meal.
  • Stir in herbs like thyme or parsley for freshness.
