Ingredients (Serves 6)
Filling
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Biscuit Topping
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
or homemade biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish. - Make the filling
In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, milk, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cheese if using. - Assemble
Spread filling into the baking dish. Place biscuits evenly on top. - Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly. - Cool slightly & serve
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
