Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk, until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in floured blueberries.
  7. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let loaf cool in pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
  10. Slice and serve once fully cooled.
