- 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the wings
Pat wings very dry with paper towels.
Toss with:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Baking powder
2. Bake or fry
Oven Method
Bake at 220°C (425°F) for:
- 20 minutes
Flip and bake another:
- 20–25 minutes
until crispy.
Frying Method
Fry at 175°C (350°F) for:
- 10–12 minutes
until golden and crunchy.
