CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Mushrooms

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish.

Make the Filling

  1. In a bowl, mix:
    • Crab meat
    • Cream cheese
    • Mayo
    • Garlic
    • Cheese
    • Parsley
    • Paprika
    • Salt & pepper

Stuff & Bake

  1. Fill each mushroom cap generously.
  2. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
  3. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Optional Additions

  • Chopped green onions
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Chili flakes for heat

Serve hot as an appetizer or party snack.
