Crockpot Beef Tips and Noodles Recipe 🍲
Ingredients
For the beef
- 1.5–2 lbs (700–900 g) beef stew meat or sirloin tips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For serving
- 250–300 g egg noodles
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Brown the beef (optional but recommended)
Heat butter or oil in a pan.
Sear beef pieces until browned on the outside for extra flavor.
2. Add to crockpot
Place beef, onions, and garlic into the crockpot.
Mix together:
- Beef broth
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Seasonings
Pour over the beef.
3. Slow cook
Cook:
- Low: 7–8 hours
or - High: 4–5 hours
The beef should become very tender.
4. Cook noodles
Near serving time, boil egg noodles according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
5. Serve
Spoon beef and gravy over warm noodles.
Garnish with parsley if desired.

- Carrots
- Peas
- Sour cream for extra creaminess
Tips
- Chuck roast cut into cubes works beautifully.
- If the sauce is thin, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir in during the last 20 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes instead of noodles if preferred.
