Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
1. Prep the Crockpot
Add beef, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
