Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Onions

Peel onions and slice into thick rings. Separate the rings carefully.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir in buttermilk until a smooth batter forms.

Step 6: Drain
