Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional sauces: mayo, horseradish sauce, mustard

Optional Au Jus (for dipping)

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

1. Warm the Beef

  1. Heat a pan with a little butter or oil.
  2. Add onions and cook until soft (optional).
  3. Add roast beef slices just to warm through (don’t overcook).
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
