Ingredients
- 2–4 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: parsley, chili flakes
Instructions
1. Prep the Lobster
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell down the middle.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell (keep base attached).
2. Garlic Butter Sauce
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Bake
- Brush lobster meat generously with garlic butter.
- Place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes (until meat is opaque and tender).
- Baste again halfway through for extra flavor.
Optional Broil Finish
- Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a golden top.

- Fresh salad or grilled veggies
Tip
Don’t overcook—lobster turns rubbery quickly. It’s ready when it turns white and slightly firm but still juicy.
