Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 1–2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 150 g fresh mozzarella, feta, or soft cheese
- 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
- Slice tomatoes and cheese evenly.
